These oldies have just 1 enemy and you know that one might cause the retirement the Beast of a locomotive the Eurodual... Buut that's too expensive for the DB ;) 2026 it might be leaning towards the end due to the IC(E)L *Talgo thingies* and the Vectron Dualmode... untill there 218s will get new overhauls and will drive untill atleast 2026 (and longer)

Das waren noch zeiten fernweh an die Südbahn ohne oberleitung mit 218/611/628 wobei die 611er schöoon leise waren.

@@danielk.7457 Daimler der 444 (628 motor) MAN D0836 der D20 wie im Lions City Euro 5 diesen turbolader ist ein genuss.... D15 und der D36er als kraftpakket... Wieniger interessant sind die OM444er wie im 644 und D20 im MAN LKW und die modereren D0836 Euro 6 staubsauger.
