So no solar panels are needed to be off grid? 8:02
Lol....I should've just kept watching before i asked 😂😊❤ 12:05

How Much many different videos but not one to talk about the COST 😔
I make all my own solar electricity. I run 2-60 Watt ham radios, a small truck fridge, a diesel heater, LED lights and I have the option for 4.5, 6, 7.5, 9 and 12 volts on dedicated outlets. I also have a 115 volt 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter for all other things. You doing the right thing there Mr. Arms keep it up.
I am probably too old for this technology to be of any real significance to me, but I am intrigued by the possibilities. Even as back-up power, I think coupling it with solar to trickle charge your back-up power system is a brilliant concept, especially for city dwellers. Many subdivisions still prohibit the installation of solar panels on the front elevation of the home, but if your home faces the north you could fill the roof with the southern exposure with solar panels and have back-up or peak-hour use from your own system.
For a lake cabin, I could see this being the primary power system. I might be expensive for the initial install but the peace of mind of always having power is a comforting thought. Great video and awesome information, even if it is basically and commercial for your sponsor. This is still my favorite UA-cam channel.
Daniel, you are very good at explaining the Bluetti system, I actually feel as though I have a good grasp of how this system could work for me. Thank you!
The technology sure is growing and maturing fast these days.
Wow these systems are growing by leaps and bounds! Pretty amazing something that size and battery powered can run so much. A few thousand watts of solar panels and you can save all that food indefinitely during a major outage.
Finally some made a system for my off grid cabin that is affordable and easy to use, Thanks Bluetti
Good evening from Syracuse NY everyone thank you for sharing your adventures and your farm
Thanks for sharing. I realize I would never need anything that big, but with a limited budget, it’s difficult just for the basics. Love to all❤️
Interesting statement at the beginning and end about liberal states penalizing those who use grid power. I’m in a state where one side leans liberal and the other side of the state leans conservative. Both sides support use of solar and wind energy so that we don’t have to rely on an unreliable grid. Power companies pay us to produce power and send it back to the grid. The state is investing in renewable energy in a variety of ways. Liberal and conservative working toward the same goal with no penalties even on the horizon for discussion.
I agree. I thought Daniel's term "liberal states" was unnecessary.
@@jeannepotter3051 Same.
Solar panels are big in Maryland, they promote any use of solar power in this state, which is definitely as blue as it can be. Daniel is starting to worry me.
In my ULTRA conservative state, they do everything they can to discourage home solar power generation. The power company does not allow net metering and charges fees if you produce too much power, like $5.31/kwh, in addition to fees just for having solar. If we want solar they recommend we purchase, at a premium, green energy credits that THEY purchase for us from other states. They will buy power back if you have over a 100 kw system. What is funny is that the state just got a huge contract to manufacture solar panels. We'll see if that fact will pressure the public service commission to make solar affordable for its residents. It has been the progressive push since the eighties for clean energy that has allowed solar technology to develop. Back then only the "hippies" had solar power and they paid dearly for it. And the push for EVs has driven the advanced technology for home systems because of the demand created to home charge those EVs. Those darn liberals! My conservative state doesn't provide adequate charging stations, so if I wanted an EV, I'd have to charge it at home, but heaven help me if I wander past my range! The energy credits we get for going solar are the results of federal legislation pushed by "liberals". Darn them!! I don't understand why it should be framed as a liberal or conservative issue. Going solar is for people who want freedom from centralized power, corporations who hold monopolies and have refused to develop clean energy and gouge customers if they use it in spite of the corps. and people who want a clean rational way to be self sustaining. You are right, these systems give us freedom to have power that we create, allow us to store that power, and use the transfer switch when rates are low to manage our electrical needs, bypassing the behind the times rules and regulations designed to protect the old energy barons.
Yes, Daniel! This is a very informative video that we all need to know. Thank you for thinking like us and trying to keep our families safe and freezers working in those downtimes. I like the way you are thinking, Thank you to Bluetti, too.
I always learn something from the sponsored videos. Thanks!
Reducing your cost of living is the main aim for everyone these days! Good ideas! Thankyou!
thank you for teaching us about all of these types of products ... we dont even know that they're out there!
Electricity is good stuff. Ya gotta love it. So handy. Thanks Bluetti for making it available to the common chap, at a price, yes, but still...
Hi Daniel thanks for sharing all the incredible videos and everyone have a bless week😊😊Hugs and Prayers❤❤
That's a great new setup for sure and will be awesome to have on the farm. Definitely be looking into these
Thanks for sharing.
Its times like these, i wished I had money.
Unique that you share this today. This past Friday we lost power for 6.5 hours. Definitely need to look at it.
Can build your own system for cheaper.
Unlike fuel-based generators, batteries don't like freezing weather or excessive heat. You may need to design your storage system with insulation and temperature controls to ensure that the equipment remains within optimum temperature range. I have recently invested in some smaller units by EcoFlow and Anker that are quite portable.
That's the ticket 😊😊
Bluetti does cool and heat itself
Dig a fkn hole, keep them in the basement, Temps don't get crazy underground!!!
I appreciate the info on this unit. We have been looking around for different ideas for back up for our home. This might be a better option for us. Thanks for sharing!
Those are a nice unit. Good for when the lights go out.
i had a boyfriend from high school who's dad had a wood floor business. they had a wood fired stove that heated the house. the gas company investigated them for tampering with their meter. they didn't believe that they didn't use that little gas. i've heard of other people being investigated for not using the traditional utilities. i'm all for solar, wind. i love when i see the windmills in the background of your videos.
I am not shocked
Except those windmills don’t create that much energy to use…
Daniel, I just checked out the price for that setup. I'm glad that I was sitting down. The price is around $10 grand, not including hookup! WOW!
Thank you for providing a very informative very real review of how this product works and what we can expect of it. This is even more valuable than anything that the manufacturer would publish.
We have solar and it’s amazing we used to get gas/electric went from 250.00 to at it’s worst of 80.00 it’s amazing!
I believe a lot of people are going to this kind of system or something like it !! It's a good idea!! Love n Blessings
I love y’all’s videos and y’all keep up the good vids and content
Thank you so much! I would buy that if I could afford it. Sounds wonderful!
Hey Daniel that will be great for the new shop like you said and I know that DeJay is gonna love that! Awesome 👍👍👍🤩🤩🤩💯💯💯
I've done a lot of reading of how easy it would be for a big solar flare to fry our power grids - they're just not protected for something that may - or may not - happen. Poof, we're back two (or more) centuries. This, with the solar panels, would be a great relief.
How would you protect it from an EMP? And once you figured that out, there is no noise to invite the thieves.
@@Enjoythepour If it happens while it's on, definitely toast. Good point about the silence being a plus.
The problem with manual power switch over is if power goes off when you're on vacation away from home, you're not their to switch it.
I enjoyed the video very much, you made learning very interesting. Thanks for sharing and enjoy your blessed day XXXO 💕
This is awesome - to have some form of hydro when needed. I enjoy it when you have these items on your channel. Give us options you look into. Stay safe & take care of you all. Thanks for sharing, eh :))
Peak load shifting is doable for most people. It's a wise approach.
You got the good info this can run with solar and grid you'll be fine. Wind power as more feed source you got off grid.
Thank you Daniel for this video,I am getting ready to buy property and go off grid to save alot of money, and you have helped me out immensely. Quick question as to securing your property what have you done to keep people off your property? If you could do another video on that, that would be awsome. Thanks again
Congratulations, you deserve it!
thanks for the vid love yall ❤
Very interesting video and explaining how the system works.
Love your vids man
Your content was educational, I'd make sure I have some solar panels in the future though... It could come a time you might be out for days. And you're going to need those solar panels in order to keep it going. We had that tornado come down through here and Catoosa that one year we was out for a couple of days or that ice storm we had. ! Sure would have came in handy then ! - something like that however would be a little hard for somebody on a fixed income to be able to afford. ! That would be awesome to have.. thanks for your show-and-tell segment I appreciate it. ! 🤗
Good video Daniel. People should have some type of back up system 😊😊
Thanks for sharing. Never heard of this company before today’s video.
Thanks Guy's
For me to buy one Bluetti, it would take me more than 12 years to recoup my original cost at what I spend on electricity. I spend $93.00 per month. I have a 5500 watt gas generator to cover temporary power losses!
Everyone should have some kind of back up power. Like you mentioned, what type might depend on where you live. Nothing says you can't have different sources of power. Like the house might use a 12KW propane or natural gas or diesel generator while a shop or other working area might benefit from battery backup and solar, especially in sunny parts of the country. The Generac type systems are amazingly quiet too. With a 500 gal propane tank, it will run for a long time but filling that tank back up will leave a hole in the wallet for a while.
That is very neet. Thank you for sharing. God bless you and family...🙏❤🙏❤🙏😊😀🙂
I love the idea of it. It's exactly what some phone company central offices have for temporary backup until the generators go on.
What I don't like is that it runs by an app. When the SHTF the tablets and phones wont be working either. IMHO it's great for a normal outage only.
Sorry, don't have 10k to throw out there for such a system. But hey, more POWER to ya that do.
Interesting video today! Thanks for sharing.
Great video, & very informative. Would be a great investment. Thanks Daniel.
Hubby, and I made the jump, and put the Generac fuel by propane. We had a bad storm this 😊past year and it powered the house for 7 full hrs. We also have backup propane fireplaces. You just never know what might happen.
These are my favorite videos I think of yours. Well, maybe.
I love all you do however and I always check with you first to see what you say .
Idefinitelyy would like to be completely off grid, this is my goal. I may never reach your status, but it is not a bad goal.😊
Yup just plug and play!
Danny thought I would come over to your channel never have left it before !!! Was upset because what was going on with another channel !!! Have thought of this solar power generator before but hadn't really looked into it !!! With you investing some money it is different !!! I trust you I have a Danny also that is smart like you but when it was solar power he thought it was crazy but with the world turning now it is different for him !!! Just got to talk to someone !!! Jimmy down the road from you has a outside generator I think his children talked him into it !!! I had said I had 3 of the generators here in the house by 4 patriots trusted them a lot !!! Know you now why I do the things with live chats with you I guard you a little bit it is the family !!! Got to finish watching the video Danny thanks for listening to a older lady !!! Jimmy knows who I am !!!
Cool, very Cool. thank you, Love what you do !
I can understand saving money with this system. Never know what people have in their freezers, or fridge. Ok I get that part. I think it makes more sense to put up a wind generator. (As simple as a alternator from a car) with a tower and blades. If there’s a storm coming, the wind is blowing. Usually 2-3 days later too. Not sure the cost out weights the benefit , when wind in that moment is more consistent.
Reply to User's Comment: Wow, this video on "Energy" is really informative and inspiring! As someone who loves outdoor camping and values quality family time, I think having a reliable backup power source is crucial. I highly recommend checking out the Segway Portable PowerStation Cube Series. It offers massive capacity, fast recharging, and comprehensive protections. Plus, its waterproof technology ensures it's ready for any adventure! Stay powered up and make the most of your outdoor experiences. Happy camping!
Thank you for the information.
Living in ap.n apartment I am limited in what I can have but this just might work for me if the apartment complex doesn't have a problem with it. I considered going off grid using solar when I owned my home but being on disability it was just too expensive. If something happened and I got lucky and could have my own home again I would use solar with a backup generator because storms cause damage to solar panels which would reduce or stop them working temporarily. Like this set up and with a freezer full of food and a stocked refrigerator plus any medical equipment used by some people is is a great thing to have.
❤pretty nice Daniel thanks for sharing !
Great video, Ty ❤️❤️❤️,
I think you should tell bluetti to give you a bunch of solar panels so that you can use that for your power now.
Anyway it was good information, Ty ✌️🙏❤️🕯️🎈🌻😊
We have a generac because I'm on O2. Haven't had to use it yet, but as you well know, living out in the country, anything can happen.
This was very interesting thank you
Thanks for actual realistic review
Interesting way to be prepared!
I liked this video. That is a great system.
May the Lord bless and protect you and your family and the animals
Thanks for the educational video!
We have a Generac generator which is natural gas powered and has supplied us with electricity in many many times over the last eight years!!! Would not want to be without one!
Very interesting video. Thank you for sharing !
I have full solar power all year long, so this unit would be great. When you have a blackout the solar gets cut to the grid and your house.
This is where your mini-split AC/Heat systems will work well when needing to run off a system like this.
Thank you!
This was a great video… I’ll definitely be checking it out… ❤
My brother lives in L.A. and put up solar panels because he was tired of paying super high utility bills, he pays absolutely nothing for power and I think he did get a power incentive for having them. It's a great choice if you can afford all of the equipment and setup!
Very very interesting thanks for sharing
If there’s ever a cyber attack, which they talk about a lot lately, you’re going to wish you had full off grid power!
I got tired of my power going out every couple of months and sometimes weeks, so I built my own off grid system.
And like you, I did get an electrician to hook it up to the main panel, because I’m not Electrician either! 🖖
Interesting stuff thanks. Chris from England
Great video
Modern pioneers ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Great system.
hugs from and john keep it coming on video way to go
Definitely looking into this.
I am all about learning about generator alternatives.
God Bless and l love yall 💕💕💕
Very good choice
Where our country is going..... Interesting statement.
GOOD AFTERNOON
Here in Sweden, we have different prices for electricity we pay more during the daytime and less at night. So people buy battery packs and charge them at night and use the battery during the day.
Lets go love the vids
We have a smaller one...just in case because due to my COPD, I use 3 machines consistently.
Thats pretty nifty.
Very interesting.
Hello Daniel. Are you able to run your water well when off grid. Thank you for sharing your video with us. God bless from west Texas.
Hi Daniel. Great video. You make a great salesman. The Bible is coming true. People need to open their eyes. God bless and love yall ❤❤
Cool!
Very interesting
Good info
