lol yeah, you should be using his high end guides as a reference for learning how to clear it, and adapt it to your own team. Complaining doesn't help you learn at all.
fr, its really not that hard to adapt/experiment or even just acknowledge the high end strategy isn't good for you yet, i see i need lv 90 operators, i have all of them, not lv 90, so i'll just adapt/apply others and do it

If the guide using less unit, you can use more unit for more dps, since it's annihilation just play once and skip with ticket/pass, no need "more units means more loading time"
im sorry what the hell is "more units means more loading time" did the education fail them or something or they don't know the existence of the annihilation ticket

Gotta admit I've been playing this game for more than 4 years and am still quite a weak brain and passive doktor but your guides have been helping me a lot to build the mentality to try things out for my own the first couple of times going through a stage. I am forever grateful
Regarding Kyo's rant, I never have been complacent in just copying Kyo's guide, whenever I see him bring 6 units I always add fast redeploys and helidrop to the team or extra dps not because of what problem might arise but just to make the farming easier. Add to the fact, If you've been a Doctor for more than 2 years and you still don't know what your units are capable of, what can they do and cannot do, If you think they're underperforming level them up, upgrade skills, get their modules. This game has so many tools to make things easier for the player, utilize all those tools to make your game easier.

6:01 Everytime i hear lonetrail bgm i started goosebumps the only bgm that can touch my heart because the story is really really good and also mannnnn im crying while reading the story
I jumped into this straight away at reset and it really isn't that bad of a stage. Nice to see that we came up with similar strategies; I just had Ascalon below Thorns and Mountain/Ines on the far right side with Jessica's help. Adele (Eyjafjalla Alter) I had on the ranged tile just to the left of the UP switch (placed early on so no one would target her) with Shu to the left of Thorns and Liberated to the right of him. Then it was Virtuosa on S1 where Goldenglow is and Blue Poison behind her.
It left me with one deployment slot so I had to quickly throw down Mlynar at the end to kill those 3-block cars from the right before they became an issue. Ascalon blew up when the exploding mech reached the middle, then blew up again once redeployed to the very final mech, but that was enemy 400 so it was all good. Even though all the jetpack guys fly directly past the frontline Virtuosa and Blue Poison were more than enough to get rid of them.
Oh, and one doggo did manage to run past Liberated due to Ascalon blowing up but thank god for abundant deployment slots so I could throw down Ines in an emergency to stop it from leaking.

I thought it was common sense to bring extra units to compensate for level diff or sometimes unit diff too. We have a free handhold for every stage and people still complain.

GG can be bought by yellow certs a couple of months down the road. I would suggest buying Surtr but that's just me. Maybe Kal can spook you in your pulls.
GG is close so you can save certs for her, surtr can save you the troubles in the long run so I recommend her over kaltsit

My account doesn't have a lane holder operator with a long range such as thorn and typhon or a burst operator with a fast cooldown such as mizuki, can you suggest an operator that doesn't meet the above criteria but is relevant at this stage?
If you have everyone else from the guide you could use use a friend's Thorns for the initial clear and then use the permanent stages for weeklies
Ethan, Ascalon(this anni is after her banner release), Blaze should also works for this stage. (deploy in front of saria facing left)

Use this video as an inspiration and tweak it to make your own line using what you have
You can add Lappland above Gladia to help with silencing the flying dudes and for some DPS.
Otherwise try mixing your built ops to fill in the gaps. Sometimes to learn you just gotta do the stage.
you can always use lappland and silverash to replace thorns and left you with 5 more slot, bring more sniper like Exia/Ash/Platinum/Blue Poison in Typhoon place then add medic to heal Lappland and Silverash, and ambusher Ethan/Manticore 1st skill, it worked out fine for me. there's a lot of deployment limit left, deal with the rest if it doesn't work using Fast-Red.
