Qàdà meàns fùtùrè evènts, and Qàdàr meàns pàst èvènts and how Qàdà hàppènèd.
Like, Qàdàr is 1+1, and Qàdà is 2.
Allah does not dètèrmìnè what you do, but Allah knows what would hàppènèd, and àlreàdy rècòrd ìt.
