  • This is the second day of our trip in Sugarloaf Key, so if you missed the first video, make sure to check it out! 😉
This was a beautiful day and the perfect setting for our maiden voyage on our craigcat boat. We explored all the mangrove lined waterways known as the backcountry and it was awesome!! Had a relaxing time in the pool and it was fun to see the sky diving from the pool. Later we went to our favorite, must do restaurant in the Keys….Sunset Grill.
You don’t want to miss the next video where we head out to Marvin Key.

A couple of years ago we took our CC out from Key Largo and snorkeled on several reefs! I like that trolling motor!

Awesome! That’s exactly what I want to do! Go snorkeling off it! Was it difficult to get back on the boat if you were in water you couldn’t stand in?

@@RaisedOnFloridaSunshine Hi, it depends. I found it easy to use the snorkel fins to pop out of the water, spin around and sit on the pontoon. My wife found it harder but did it. You can practice it in your local water tho! You could rig a rope ladder if your having challenges.

@@mikedwyer5326, good idea with the fins, thx! Yes, I was thinking about possibly a rope ladder just incase. At least it wouldn’t take up too much room when not in use ☺️

Were you experience boaters before buying a CC? Thanks.

We have had some experience boating on a regular boat and briefly owned a different craigcat years ago, but hope to get more experience with it. Using the boat ramp together is a whole new adventure, lol, but hope to have confidence and expertise with it the more we do it.
