I honestly hated Riley first off Riley and Lucas had no chemistry and only ended up together because she was the main main character. Riley had everything and the one time mya could even get close to having something it was tooken away by who? RIiley. Mya and Lucas liked each other and he was probably gonna choose her until mya chose someone else. Why? Because she knew how much Lucas was to Riley so she took the sacrifice of her happiness and let Riley have it instead. Riley has things given to her and when she doesn't get what she wants she overreactes

Riley is not to blame for her life, she always put *Maya*'s happiness before hers, and she liked Lucas a lot before, and they have an emotional chemistry and people keep saying he's better with Maya who I also love and always had attention because they are beautiful together aesthetically and have fun times. Riley also went through a lot and the couple was always her and Lucas.

Riley and Lucas did not have emotional chemistry. No more than a friendship, Lucas and Riley would have been fine. All of the characters had emotional connections and conversations with Riley. There was no real chemistry between Lucas and Riley. Lucas and Mya were embroiled in bickering and emotional discussions as well. My only question is why people perceive Riley and Lucas as endgame. In Mya's case, happiness came before self-interest. Her humility was a result of going through things.
