Citlali is actually the better holder of the Hero set... Xilonen can use other sets like Petra or Instructors. She'll be mainly used in melt/hydro teams so frozen/melt is much better to use than crystalized that'll only buff geo and other elements...
no. definitely not. i thought she might be, but she's... not very flexible. she's good at what she does though and doesn't hurt to have alternatives so you free more demanded supports like xilonen to a different party. i haven't read her kit yet but the only reason i'd even use her burst would be to get nightsoul points because a 100k nuke that takes two seconds to go off is a dps loss in all of my parties.

The meta of forward melt with double cryo is soon coming coz she applies enough cryo alongside rosaria/kaeya and most Pyro dps games have their ICD aligned in a way where they'll only melt/vape on their strongest hits.
Oh and BiS for chasca melt with Bennett and shenhe. Or just regular chasca with Bennett and furina. Basically making EM sands a much more viable option on her
