Revitalizing a Cape Town Home: ARRCC's Transformation | ARCHITECTURE HUNTER

ARRCC revitalized a contemporary Cape Town home, originally designed by Antonio Zaninovic, by harmonizing new architectural additions with the existing structure and its natural surroundings. Key enhancements include a new garden pavilion and the transformation of an upper-level bedroom into a luxurious penthouse suite. The interiors were entirely reimagined, featuring a new enclosed wine room, while the exterior boasts an expansive terraced lawn. Throughout the project, ARRCC emphasized a dynamic interplay between modern architectural lines and the organic essence of the mountainside, strengthening the home's connection to the landscape and panoramic city views. Absolutely stunning... Especially the warm lighting at night instead of the retail store white lighting most modern homes seem to have these days, it just makes the house feel even that much more welcoming and comforting. Considering it's in South Africa it's probably 1/3 of the price that the same structure would be here in America. I'm incredibly jealous. One day when I make it I'm moving to SA and buying a home like this.

You’ll need to still be millionaire in American dollars to afford this level of house but agree you get more value for your dollar here because our ZAR/USD exchange rate benefits you and Euro currency holders. Also our build quality in SS is superior than US but you’d never really know because white owned American media keeps lying to masses about what the deal is in SA and rest of continent…when their billionaires own homes and businesses here in South Africa, not just Cape Town
