- Being able to collaborate with Mario Dedivanovic was an absolute dream! Better known professionally as Makeup By Mario, in this video Mario does a classic bridal look on me using products from his recently launched beauty brand. Kellon Deryck does all of YOUR faves hair and I have been wanting to work with him for years! this was such a fun video to shoot, it's a LONG one but it's all artistry. Enjoy!

when he said he had a lot of thoughts on makeup influencers my heart DROPPED. I'm just so used to seeing mainstream artists talk trash about makeup influencers just because they've come up in different ways??? It's really cool to see one of the most successful (mainstream) artists respect influencers.
all super successful artists have one thing in common: embracing the newer generation and being open to change 🤎
He’s an influencer himself now, But influencers really support him though.
a lot of makeup artists actually got started as influencers and helped paved the way...so either way, everyone wins :-)

Mario seriously KNOWS how to do makeup! Rarely do others know how to properly do black women’s makeup. He matched your color just right and the eyes aren’t too much. It’s gorgeous.

It was so true like it really didnt look like he was putting makeup on you but then full coverage and I love how he mixed cream and liquid and concealer all at once cause its really giving skin like coverage.
