Ginagamit po natin is prorata basis, kaya we divide the number of shares retired by number of shares issued. Pero pano po sir kapag may subscribed share capital po tayo? Nag mamatter po ba yun sa computation ng ating share premium - original issuance?? Thank you so much sir.

Hello allexandra. Kapag may (b), no need magcompute nang katulad ng nasa letter (a). Walang prorata computation kapag letter (b) ang tinutukoy natin 🙂 Yung letter (a) lang ang meron computation. Hope it helps ❤️
