Yes you can bro, you just have to want to do it. Pick one of the cheaper sets matheus uses in dungeons/open world. Buy a 4.1 version, flag red and start some shit. Do it untill you start leaving with more than you invested, then go a tier higher. IP is nice to have but not necessary.
I've noticed this behavior that everyone avoids the portal circle during a fight (even I do it unconsciously), it's kind of like an irrational handshake between players. It sure cost the 0:55 guy 3 mil. 😂

You have to go in black zone, next to city like the Ford. You take an entrance and you search for dunjeons, as simple as that
