The highly anticipated 2024 release of the “Black Toe Reimagined” Jordan 1 High OG is set for October 18th, 2024. This date holds immense significance, marking the 40th Anniversary of the day in 1984 when the AJ1 was famously banned from the NBA due to uniform regulations.
In homage to its iconic history, this iteration draws inspiration from the shoes Michael Jordan wore during his debut season in 1984-85. Though the specific game remains a mystery, these shoes were personally autographed and gifted to a close associate. MJ’s distinct signature graces the left inner collar with the inscription “My Very Best - Michael Jordan,” while the right side bears the heartfelt message “My Very Best - To Brother - Love Always, Michael Jordan #23.” Furthermore, the “AIR JORDAN” branding on the outer side pays homage to the precise pair donned by the basketball legend.

I think these should have got the lost and found treatment as a “lost prototype” if just this no aged midsole. I feel they couldve done more. But even if it wouldnt be the prototype pair these need the wings logo.

I think the size you wear in Jordan 4s will be fine. they run true to size.
True to size, but right outta the box they’re stiff and tight around the toe box. Might take a while to break in
