But I can imagine the need for fast turnaround and cheaper labor means cutting some quality out of the work... thankfully these things probably don't have crazy tight tolerances so this type of "rebuild" job does the trick. Kudos though, gotta make do with the resources you have! If it means a hundred thousand miles less out of the motor, so be it.
