I'm not a Mexican nor can speak Spanish, but this made me an EXOL. I remember watching this and I'm shookt to my feet to see Koreans singing in Spanish and the rest is history. Kyungsoo got me right away with that chocolate, velvety, colorful voice. Revisiting this every time I miss Kyungsoo and EXO.

Almost South American and some European countries use the spanish laguage. We are also been under the spaniards colonozation for more than 300+ years so I know countries who uses this language. 🙂

I am so sad because the English translation misses the true words and meaning in Spanish. If the English translation is based on Korean translation...it is miles away from the beauty and deeper meaning of this iconic song. So many non-Spanish speaking listeners lose the impactful beauty of it. To this day, both men and women for generations are deeply moved by it. And EXO K's performance is one of the best covers I have heard in ages. This is a song that was released in 1959...Luis Miguel made it popular again in the 1990s in an Album that covered romantic songs that are so much a part of the Hispanic culture and beyond. Kudos to EXO K that rendered such a touching performance...

Kyungsoo sings as if every single word is coming from his heart even though he can't understand the language. I loved Kyungsoo's part so much in this cover and now he has a beautiful spanish song in his album. 👏 👏 👏
I first heard Sabor a Mi in 1960 as a kid in Mexico and throughout the years have heard various artists sing Sabor a Mi, I am so grateful for these Korean young men to help introduce Sabor a Mi to today's young hearts.

One of my favorite performances. Kyungsoo singing in spanish does something to me.
My elder sister has been a hardcore fan of Exo ever since their debut, she went to 10 concerts, has attended fan signs and everything that the boys do. I always wondered why she was so crazy only for them, despite the fact that she is a lawyer with 15 years of work experience, yet she always fangirl-ed like a teen for them. Until recently, I stanned a few groups, but I soon realised that most of their music was mass produced to appeal to the masses, cater to the American music market and that they are slowly losing touch with the sort of music they aimed for first when they debuted and what suited them the most. That got me off them, as I don't like things that are made for the majority but rather like music that feels unique and appealing to only the real listeners of music. That got me into Exo and tbh this video was one of the few videos that hooked me onto them and made me realise why my sister spent the past 10 years of her life supporting them and being so hooked up on them, she made the right choice. people say that EXO has lost their popularity, but no I'd say that they are now left with the true connoisseurs of music who truly like it for what it is and not that shallow, heard mentality listeners who fight for who got more views or likes. I'm glad I got into Exo, no wonder I always liked only expensive and niche things in life!
Exo is one of the rare group we can see how versatile they are like they are not afraid to doing acoustic or acapella.
