If founders or early employees of a company buy shares through a Self-directed Roth IRA like the famous story of PayPal’s Peter Thiel, they become “disqualified persons” right?? Therefore, these people are unable work on the day-to-day activities of the company?? Is that correct? So was Peter Thiel able to work at PayPal in any capacity after he bought shares in a Roth???
