if anyone don't know you can bypass cool down time to call yohan just by simply go to LS car meet then you will see three car for the test drive then what you do is try to take the longest to get into the car and try to call yohan immediately right after and keeps spamming x and what it will do it will glitch out and it will take you to a mission and you have to be quick about this too to get into the car and call him at the same time my advice to you is try to stand in front the edge of the car and as soon as you get in call yohan as quick as you can and keep spamming x

Do NOT Buy the Mule custom. Keep the speedo and the Pounder. The mule is slow, and sucks the big one. Just have Speeder and Pounder. Pounder is better by a mile and you can force its use by not buying the Mule.
do you have to constantly source goods for your technicians to fill your nightclub stock or will it fill automatically without needing to be sourced. For ex: you source cargo goods to try to fill up the cargo spot do you need to do that in order to fill your nightclub source?

Yes you do need the security upgrade. To prevent from being raided.
