    How do you count 20% of your food, by calories?

      Calorie counting is the best way, because you gain more knowledge, accuracy & clarity of what works for you. 20% would be around 200-300 cals. But if you're not wanting to track i.e it's triggering, it's all about ensuring you're have one snack a day that includes food you enjoy & not restricting. Hope this helps :) x
