imma be honest, they are good but not good at the same time since it depends on your rarity and glow for sell prices, if your level 100 you just gain alot from it , i would say this is good for the beginners though regardless
Theres a term for the way ur describing on how to get mythic fishes all the time, which is called focus-fishing. I use it all the time for quests but in the long run it could have a bad effect in ur index journey, if u ever decide to embark on it

So funny story but me and my friend were playing fishing sim and my friend sawn to end of world she was new I was lvl 15 then she wanted to go to epic ship then she shouted in call 2 SHARKS I felt like I was gonna have a heart attack cause I thought be fine the disappeared my boat went somewhere and a shark jumped onto me I reset I was so scared then 1 hour later we went finishing near the main area then she said lol there’s a ship next to us I thought there would be sharks so I backed up then went back cause I had full inventory I still don’t know if the sharks spawn in with the ships another time I was at sea with her pretty far the waves were quite big then creepy music came on and yes I am super cautious of that game

You can get fishing skins by selling fish you caught to caster then opening the Blue chest on the island!

I’m sorry but don’t listen to this guy here’s one if every time you look under water and it’s a bad fish so you don’t catch that not because if where to be a mythic glow/rainbow you wouldn’t notice unless you catch it it won’t bite harder or anything and those are pretty rare if you’re really desperate and want one specific fish and you’re timed or something then I would maybe use this but otherwise I wouldn’t and plus it doesn’t increase you luck if you do that besides the rod now Ik he hasn’t played for a while and I never player back then so I don’t know if it worked then but these days I wouldn’t recommend it hoped this helped and I’m not hating but just saying I’m about the same level as him so hope this helps

Can't we just upgrade the rarity chance in supplies shop when we had a mythic rod? That would've been easier to get mythic fish for sure.
