That's a confusing title. I hear about Christian more than ever. He made such a buzz at Fashion Week in February because he opted to use models of ALL sizes, not just the anorexic toothpicks you get stuck seeing on the rest of the runways, and not the phony "extended sizes" of size 10, 12 and 14. He had girls that were size 20 and they were gorgeous! You could see how the clothes would drape on your own body, instead of hanging off what I call the "human clotheshangers." I've always thought it was completely useless to use these skeleton girls. How are you going to get ANY idea at all about how something is going to look on you, if the clothes just hang off the model like they do on a clothes rack? Christian totally gets it! I love him, and I love his stuff! I have shoes and bags by him, and I've got his cosmetics, too. Now that he's into extended sizes, I'm getting his pret-a-porter line. Squee! (PS I positively HATE the phrase plus sized! THEY don't call men plus sized. Why do we have to put up with it? Just call it extended sizes like they do for men. Ban the term plus size!!!!!!)
