Back in the early 90's I worked for a music retailer at their corporate HQ in Philly. The buyers used to put stuff in a box when they were done with it and employees were allowed to help themselves. So one time I go check out the box and there's a VHS tape in there called Green Jello - Cereal Killer. I took it home and I couldn't believe how warped it was! and fun! and it totally rocked! I don't have the tape anymore but I do have the album on CD.

OMG. Saw this and laughed my ass off! Pretty ground breaking for the early nineties. This got taken off the VHS, but years later, they were doing Claymation shorts kinda like this on Mad TV. Oh let's not forget Robot Chicken as well. But Green Jelly fuled the fire with crazy parodies of cartoon characters, advertising characters, etc. Had Liquid Television would have lasted, they would've been on that show regularly!
