I use Evri through eBay/packlink. For small parcels it’s £2.97 and includes tracking. Evri also provide a geo link and photo. As it’s purchased through eBay, I ask the customer to raise a “item not received” case and I win.

Once you create brand eBay new account, I suggest not listing item for at-least 3 weeks, use it to buy 5 cheap items like under £2 just to get feedback from sellers. After do not list more than 3 items per week to get started, It’s not a race it’s marathon. eBay wants to make sure that you do process the orders in timely manner as promised and customer do receive them in timeframe you mentioned and they have positive experience. As soon you get around 5 positive feedback from buyer you can start listing more item and request eBay to increase the limit. They will do. There are certain reason in the start which may lead you to a ban, for exaa66ample listing a-lot of items as new where eBay will either ask you for invoices or they will suspend or selling something which might be replica or brand which don’t allow you to sell their item, like you can use words for iPhone 7, but using words like original cable is not good idea. Sometimes you follow all the things above and get account banned anyway, in this case 9 out 10 times, if you talk to eBay using contact us option inside the eBay and tell them you’re just exploring at the moment as newbie and all the items you listed you do have them in stock or they are used items you own they will activate the account. I will not create new account without calling them first, because they have record of IP address, browser cookies and user details. it will get banned. If they will not activate your account, you need have all 3 as new, new computer, new wifi, use some virtual address and ask you relative or friend to allow you create account under their name.
