Hi Friends, Good Day.
Today's video, we are celebrating my mother's 47th birthday and I hope you enjoy this day with us.
Steamed Banana Cup Cake Ingredients
2 1/2 cup All purpose flour
4-6 pieces of ripe Banana or Lakatan
1/4 cup crushed peanut
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 big can evaporated milk
1 tbsp vanilla
Lechon Pabo or Roasted Turkey Ingredients
5.8 kilos of Turkey
For marinade sauce
Kalamansi
Soy sauce
Black pepper powder and Garlic powder (optional)
Salt
Black pepper powder
Garlic powder
Stuffing
Lemongrass
Smashed Garlic with Skin
Red Onion
Spring Onion
Balbacua ingredients
2 kilos beef skin (pressure cook for 2 hours)
Lemongrass
Cooking Oil
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
2 beef cubes
Fish sauce
black beans

1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup Peanut butter
Buko Sald ingredients
Fresh Buko and Juice
1 pack All purpose cream
1 big can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
Fruit cocktail
white sugar if needed
