I am a student of EMAM, but I agree with QAR. They have different topics. EMAM talks about sects, but QAR talks about things like Atheism, Liberalism, Feminism, etc. We should not compare them because they are different.
I know sects are a problem, but I think EMAM makes it too big. We have bigger problems, like how atheism, liberalism, secularism, and feminism affect our youth. We need to focus more on these problems.

Criminal Laws do not have Retrospective effect while Civil Laws Can Have if legislation provides for it...
So the reason he can't be prosecuted for the act he may have committed in 2019 as the law was passed in 2021
You are wrong. He can be persecuted because the FIR on him was on the basis of Quran Act 2011. The act was committed in 2019 but according to quran act 2011 it was already a crime.
@@abdullahzahidshah9513 In judgement, the question is about the punishment they wanted for him was according to the 2021 act which couldnt be given the reason which I mentioned above.. And He couldn't be prosecuted even if he has possession of the book as they think he is distributing it within his community and not others.. So it's a very weak case and won't stand no matter how many times they try to appeal unless you get some credible proof which is nowhere to be found in this case..Mere possession of controversial material won't make him guilty unless it is recorded on camera or some similar equipment where you can see him distributing the material to other communities.. Just waste of time.. Focus on better things.. Focus on how to make Economy better,how to stabilize your country and free and fair elections .. And give chances to governments rather than just protesting like maniacs .. Looks like a banana republic from outside .. Hope you guys turn it around and see a prosperous and better Pakistan
