the belt tensioner is wrong made. Because you can't keep the tension roller staight in line wth the centerhight du to the play of the bolts when fixing the tenion plate. There is a better system to do this.
Yes there are many better options for belt tensioners. But this is an economical one. However this tensioner is not wrong. Because in the conveyor, with the design of the tensioner you can't maintain the perfect centre height. And you should not be concerned about bolt clearance, because most of the joints in the aluminium profile conveyor are on bolting. You can't use a dowel in an aluminium profile. Moreover in cover you don't need precise centre height. Just maintain roughly with legs leveling pad.
I am a novice, and found it really interesting. In fact I would now like to learn solid works, even at this age of 68.

It should be, there are .step file, please do check import settings, if 3D interconnect options is checked, then unchecked it.
