I miss these old videos. I made so many trecons back in '09 from those videos! Now that I have kids though I will be making lots of clothes for them and myself :)
This is my favorite shirt recon ever on threadbanger. So simple and looks amazing :3
I'm so glad that viewer left that comment. Soooo many recons only work for women who aren't busty and/or heavy. Thanks for responding with this vid! I would have liked to see a full-length image of you in the garment, though!
Sorry for putting you on blast Rob!
Enjoying the sewing videos from the earlier years of Threadbanger. I hemmed my first pair of pants, and now I’m excited to try something else.😊💜
That. Is. Awesome. I love lace and t-shirts, so combining them is like heaven.
Love this top! Great work!
Now that I can sew I'm going back and liking all the old threadbanger videos I want to make. I'm going to have a whole new wardrobe.
I found some lace today at our local market, so I'll be making this one this evening. I love it. Perfect for my barre class.
The best DIY channel ever!!!!!
OMG thank you so much! I have a bunch of tees that I've wanted to do something like this to but was unsure of where to start. You guys are awesome. Threadheads forever!
I loved this one! It's great for those old t shirts that don't seem to quite fit, even though I still like the center design.
I love these videos that show tutorials and ideas on how to change up a normal t-shirt. Crew necks just bring me down! Do a video on reconstructing necklines :D
I love this idea, I can NOT wait to go get some lace and t-shirts and make some of these!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
I miss these videos, I love them so much
I love this idea. I love caftan shirts but they're hard to find. The lace makes it so pretty.
such an adorable shirt for the summer !
I think you should do a Swimmable Mermaid tail DIY. It would be so awesome. (y) :))
Another option is to sew the lace on top of another brightly colored piece of fabric then use that piece the same as you would just the lace. That would look pretty coo.
Love this! Great add to an upcycle look.
You can totally use a different type of material for the lace section. Maybe even another t-shirt? So many options. I hear you though. I was more concerned with keeping the collar line intact and I really liked the idea of the caftan style with the lace. I am always wearing tanks under stuff like this. I would probably still wear one if it wasn't lace. Thanks for the comment!
I love anything with lace so I tried this and LOVE IT! Thanks so much!!!
So simple and chic! Love this tutorial. Keep 'em coming.
Now that is an awesome idea. Love it.
Now I now what to do with some lace I have!!! THANK YOU!!! and I did the bib necklace with my one twist, Love it!!! Thanx!

Love this tutorial! I did it on a shirt I got from Teefury and it is my favorite shirt now, going to do it for another one soon

Will certainly try it!! Thanks a million!
I just love you and your idea
So cute, and panda is adorable.
Yay! Thanks for making this tutorial! I made the racerback too, even though I am quite big-chested. I have a sort of bandeau I bought in a store called Brandy Melville (I think it is an American store) and I wear it over my bra. It looks pretty under the racerback!
More T-Shirt recon for the Summer please, I just loved every video you did.
A rotary cutter. They are awesome. Pair with a straight egde (ruler) and a self healing cutting mat.
so cute! now off to find that lace trim I've had in my stash for years! :)
Love your little dance move at the end. Lol. Fun tutorial.
I am so going to use this to resize all the cute shirts I find that are too small. THANK YOU ♡♥♡♥♡♥

Love this recon . I have too many t-shirts to recon! I could add a wide bottom to make it a summer dress!?
Brilliant! I might actually have the guts to wear something like that.
I really like it
beautiful!!
this is awesome!
Love it
This is fantastic. Guess I'll be cutting up the hubbies t-shirts this Summer. He doesn't really need all those t-shirts, does he?? Lol. Thanks for sharing as always. Lee x
I love this just cause of the WWF Panda Tee.
GREAT IDEA,WOW,THANKS
Fabulous!!
I need that shirt!!
love it
How cute
Yes, Threadbanger! This is a great question or idea!
I also have the opposite problem! I have some great t-shirts from different countries I've been too and different bands I've seen but a higher neckline (or standard tee neckline) looks dowdy and frumpy on me. How can I cut it or alter it to make more comfy and stylish without looking like I'm a teenager who ripped my shirt apart with a scissors??
Do it! haha. I wish I could find something to do with the bazillion pairs of socks Rob has....;)
Super cute onsie pajamas! I would love to see that
love it, super cute.
(can you give tips for those that have to sew by hand. have to save for a sewing machine)
I like your idea. I will try it.
Thank you.
🌷 🌷 🌷 🌷 🌷 🌷 🌷

You guys should do giveaways with the stuff you make! That would be so cool!
I think this is my favorite :D
don't get me wrong, I love the new hilarious threadbanger videos... but I kinda miss these old, legitimate diys that weren't found on pinterest
Yeah me too
dorkofyourdreams007 Same :(
It would be awesome if Corinne would do more t-shirt recons like these for her "Witch Crafting" videos.
