I just started watching your videos with Zelda’s birthing and came back to see this one. Wow, you are amazing under pressure! I love your sweet spirit and you can see how much you love and care for your animals. We have just had a few goats for about 3 years now and it is always great to find someone else to learn from. Thank you and God bless.❤
I can't believe how stoic Lacie was during that fiasco! And for that matter, I can't believe how calm you were and still able to narrate. I just went through almost the same thing. My doe's first kid was trying to come out tail first but he wasn't moving into the birth canal and I just couldn't reach him to get his hind legs. I had to call a friend with smaller hands to fish him out and my girl screamed her head off. I was so traumatized, I didn't even include it in the birth video, lol, just cut to 3 healthy bucklings. Congratulations on the beautiful kids!
I glad everything went well! I was afraid it was really worst case scenario (I'm which you can lost mama and babies, sadly it happens) Show us this cute little goats please!
True! This certainly felt like the worst it could be, but we were so fortunate that mama and 3 of the babies made it. I'm working on a video with ALL the babies (there are so many! 😳) so stay tuned!
Happy birthday little one Poor Lace I really felt bad for her I would have went hysterical I've never had a delivery that one I hope Mama recovers with no problems.
I think the buck is more important that the does. I had Boer Goats for years until i got very ill. I had to find good homes for my pets and i gave my herd to a 4h leader that was already raising Boer goats.
This was the perfect video. Candid, truthful, heart-felt. I loved it!
Thank so much! We try to keep it real and truthful over here. Thanks for watching!

You did great. That was a hard labor for Lacey. Hopefully she gets some rest too.
It sure was! She has recovered well though and is getting some much deserved quiet time with her babies.
You're amazing! So calm and efficient under so much stress.
Thanks for the kind words! It was so stressful in the moment, but we made it through.
Great job! You make it look so easy and professional. I know how hard of work that really is 💜
Haha, well I'm glad I made it look easy. It certainly felt incredibly hard. Thanks for the kind words! 😊

Sounds like cash valley disease. From mosquitos
It definitely could be. We are thankfully in an area where that doesn't occur much, but it is always possible. It just takes one mosquito!
