i know im randomly asking but does any of you know of a way to log back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb forgot my account password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me
@Fernando Joseph thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
Hong Gi Min It's a Contour Roam 2. I mound it to the frame at the front of my bike. If you watch my September 2013 commuting video I showed more about the camera setup that I use.
Came here after watching one of your tutorials. Funny because I live in Amsterdam (IJburg). You know how we spot foreigners on normal bikes? Because they wear helmets. :-) Nice vid.
Nice video, but for me as a Dutch person it's "strange" to see spandex and helmets with people on city/touring bikes ;-) (we normaly only see that with people on racing bikes)
Martijn Vv You're right. In a country with wonderful bicycle friendly and safe infrastructure to see people riding upright Dutch style bikes at low speed dressed in anything but street clothes is unusual, they certainly looked like foreign tourist. It is a particularly North American affliction, because there, any type of bicycle riding is considered a sports activity, utility cycling is a very foreign idea in car-centric North America. We have also been firmly propagandized by the helmet industry to think that we will surely die or be horribly brain damaged if we even think about getting on a bicycle without a helmet, even though most traumatic brain injuries come from falls in our home, pedestrian accidents and auto accidents, even with air bags. We are, of course, not pressured to use helmets in any of these situations. I do understand the need for spandex and helmets on high speed bikes mixing it up with traffic on streets and highways as well as mountain biking.
haha there's no doubt that we looked like foreign tourists. craig horton is quite correct that utility cycling is an unfamiliar concept to many North American's. That being said, when you invite tourists to go all the way across the Atlantic just to spend a week riding bikes, you're most definitely going to end up with a crowd that is pretty hardcore about biking and considers it a sport, not just a form of transportation. That being said, those people are probably going to pack the clothing that they normally wear for cycling, regardless of the speed they'll be going, or the type of bike they will be riding.
craig horton a bicycle helmet has 0 use with a collision with a car. People that ride with helmets have a higher number of deadly accidents and injuries than people that ride without a helmet.
So easy to recognize the tourists, they are the only ones wearing helmets! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Next time leave your helmet home, you don't need a helmet on a bike. It only looks funny. You have also tours that go from hotel to hotel and they bring your stuff to the hotel.
I fully respect a person's decision to not wear a helmet. But that fact that you think it "looks funny", is not a good enough argument to convince me not to wear one.
Thank you for the video CJ, very enjoyable. Looking forward to the rest of them.

Thanks so much you really help me out !
@Robert Rudy Glad I could help xD
Very nice. Looking forward to the next videos.
Cool video as always CJ. Looked a really enjoyable and different kind of trip, as opposed to the usual hotel, bar etc sort of thing most would do.
Is there a way to see all the 2014 Netherlands Bike & Barge videos? We found days 1 and 2 but no others.
Unfortunately I never finished this series of videos beyond Day 2.
thanks for sharing this, what bike tour company did you use?
lex1125 HAT Tours
Your video is incredibly stable! Which video cam do you use? and how do you fix it on your bike?

Love your video's...would love to see a video of you enjoying some legal cannabis in a coffee shop. :)
