You need the MyNBA 2K Companion App.
It’s a separate app only used for locker codes and face scans. Not NBA 2K24 Mobile. Not NBA 2k24 Arcade. Not 2k24 MyTeam.

Get the 2k companion app and log in, verify, then click the locker code button and enter it in.
