Mango Frooti Moogu Moogu ❤️

Attention Mogu Mogu lovers!! You’ve got to make this Mango Frooti Mogu Mogu this season 💛💛 The MOST delicious mango beverage of the season!
Here’s how you can make this recipe at home ☺️
Ingredients:
•1 cup diced alphonso Mangoes
•1/2 cup diced raw mango
•1/3rd cup sugar
•1 teaspoon of lime juice
•1.5 cups cold water (more if you want it thinner)
Coconut Jelly:
•1 cup coconut water
•1 tsp agar agar
•2 tbsps sugar
Process:
- Start by making the coconut jelly, heat coconut water , sugar and agar agar until it comes to a boil
- Transfer it to a mould or container and let it set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the jelly sets
- In a blender add mango and raw mango and blend to a smooth paste
- Transfer this to a pan and cook it with sugar until the sugar dissolves and the pulp thickens up -strain the mixture
- For the frooti , add cold water to the pulp and mix it properly
- Serve it in glass with jelly at the bottom, ice and frooti
- Garnish with mint leaf and Enjoy this refreshing summer drink!
