For example we think two neighbor points that first point's direction is 10, the second point's direction is 320. If we interpolate with IDW or other Interpolating methods, It approximately gives a result close to 165 for the direction between the points. But it is not correct. In reality, it should be calculated as 345. So, we have to solve the problem with rotational-trigonometric point of view. It may calculate with trigonometric formulas.

You are right! Interpolation methods in circular data, such as wind speed, have misleading outcome
