    Five points off for bad form! 1.) The Balance Sheet should be for a specific point in time (I.e. date,) not for a period of time. 2.) Ledger, not “leger.”

    great video but balance sheet is not "for the year ended" it would just be Aug 31

    Why do you list the date on the balance sheet as year ending? I have always been taught that a balance sheet has a single date. So this would be August 31, XXXX. Balance sheet is a snapshot in time, not reporting of activity over a period
