You know that "Christ" is the Greek word for "Messiah" (the Hebrew word) and means "one anointed BY GOD".
Jesus is the son of man (as he calls himself dozens of times in the Gospels), son of God and Messiah.
He ALWAYS affirms anyone who declares him as son of God and Messiah eg. John the Baptist, Nathaniel, Martha, Peter (see below) and GOD HIMSELF (at the baptism and Transfiguration of Jesus when He said THIS IS MY SON).
Jesus prays to God in John 17 and in Gethsemane and says "my God" several times eg. In John 20 & Revelation 3.
