That's because it's glitter. Glitter on a sponge comes out much more intense than just painting it on. Also, cleaning up glitter polish from skin can be very hard that's why she's using the tape

It’s not good to flood your nail beds with any kind of nail polish especially when you have just trimmed the cuticles. It can cause irritation or even inflammation.
Is it wierd that i dont like to cut the cuticles and find them cute, I don't know if i should do that, it makes me uncomfortable to cut the skin around my nails, i have really nice lengthed and naturally beautiful nails but i don't do manicure alot, i would love to have those nice nail art

Никогда не делала маникюр и не жалею об этом. Подтачиваю ногти пилочкой и все дела. Иногда бесцветным лаком, но на день.
