.........so adding an enzyme and then just blending for 5 minutes? can't we just do this in a blender already? or honestly, i'm pretty sure we can buy a scientific stirring plate for under $100 already that has no problem stirring for hours on end.
A blender or stirrer woudk actually so the opposite, it has naturally emulsifying powers through the mechanical force that's why you stir or blend sauces to bring them together. You can clarify juices through other methods but none are as fast or effective as a centrifuge. Most people don't need to clarify juices at home though. If you have a cocktail bar or are a cocktail enthusiasts that invests a fair but in your hobby, then this may be up your ally. This isn't a device made for the average Joe.
A centrifuge separates objects with different mass so out of a liquid/solid mix, you get pure liquid and the solid waste 'sticks' on the side. A blender combines different elements and has the complete opposite effect.

It is not being stirred. It is a centrifuge. Totally different from a blender or a stirrer, neither of which would work for clarification.
