My 420d is GSM so connected to the outside world, It wouldn't take a lot on an install disk or usb to have a line of code in there that sends bits of information, I have a lot of knowledge I work with software
I do want to make video in motion work but would have to study the software before installing anything lol (call me paranoid) but to me it's always better to check :)
