這全與能量球有關
當能量紮根得穩
正離子會下沉到地並移走那裡的負離子
地是陰 - 即是有負離子，在上面的就是正離子
空氣及所有東西都含有離子
人是一個混合體，同時具有正、負離子的混合體
當你的能量由下丹田接連到地下，就像我們這樣站立的姿勢
能量就會移動，並像一個球體一樣，由上返回包覆你身體的四周
要創造這種生物電磁能量，有很多有不同方法，看看吧
這是一種可以改變事物的磁性力量
血滋養氣，同時氣移動血
當你活動有形的肌肉，血就會隨肌肉的捲縮和放鬆而移動，同時氣也會跟著走
接著一切就是用意志去引導。開始時是表面的，以後就更多是內在的東西(內在的神意氣)。
首先你要有一個適當的身體，亦即是一個適當的容器
這個容器必須要與天地和諧，甚至每個骨頭與骨頭之間的連接都要適當
每一個器官都安置在一個適當的安穩動態上
你的情緒、意念及身體運作機制都要穩定
所有的相關的運作機制都需要和諧(放鬆)
我的學生初來的時候或許不是佛教徒，但後來他們都變得像佛教徒一樣
They started doing prayer practice to stabilize the mind, meditation to stabilize the mind
他們開始用祈禱及靜坐去安住他們的心念
All that makes a difference, then they practiced rituals - Mi Zong (Vajrayana)
這些都讓他們改變了，接著他們去練習密宗的儀式
It is not about appearance, but a means to develop your mindfulness of how to be respectful
這些不是表面的，而是一種建立你心靈如何恭敬而嚴肅地對待事務的方式
Through the outer method you understand the inner structure
透過外在的方式，讓你明白內在的架構
Through the outer guru you get to know the inner guru, through the inner guru you connect to the secret guru, which is your Buddha nature - your original nature
通過外在的上師讓你認識自己內在的上師，再通過內在的上師連接至神秘的上師 - 那就是你的佛性、你的自然本性(自性)。
We call it Buddha Nature because it is the same for everyone, whether you are a Christian or a Buddhist
我們叫它做自然佛性，因為無論你是耶教徒或佛教徒，它都是一樣的
When you die, you go through the same state of Bardo, whether you are a religious person or not
當你死亡的時候，無論你是不是一個教徒，你都要經歷同樣的中陰身狀態
The difference is, if you have trained for it then your mind will be very stable, you can really direct your consciousness in any way you want to go
不同的是，如果你有訓練過，你的心念將會非常平穩，並可將你的心識，真正引導到你想要去的地方。
One takes refuge in Buddha, Dharma and Sangha because it is a clean energy
人們尋求佛、法、僧的庇護，是因為這是一種清淨的能量
Buddha wishes nothing but the best for everyone, he did not want you to worship him, did not want you to do anything except bring benefit to yourself
佛陀除了希望眾生好、為眾生帶來利益之外沒要眾生崇拜衪或替衪做任何事
Did not promise you heaven, saying “if you do this then this will happen.” Instead, “whoever you are I love you the same”
佛陀不曾給你進天堂的承諾，也不會說「你這樣做就能夠怎樣」。衪只是說：「無論你是誰我都同樣愛你。」
If you have a belief system, better to have something that will encourage you to do better, not become divisional
若你有一個信仰，這個信仰最好能鼓勵你去做些更好的事情，而不是讓你變得更有分別心。
Just like my teacher encourages us not to get involved with politics, in many things but to be compassionate for the benefit of all sentient beings
就像我的老師，他鼓勵我們不要跟政治或其他許多事物牽扯不清，而是要慈悲地追求利益有情眾生的事。
This is why students of mine, they start with tai chi and later on they become Buddhist
這就是為何我的學生當中很多都由練習太極開始，之後他們都變成了佛教徒。
You don’t have to put up a plaque, I am a Christian, I am a Buddhist, I am a Muslim” just be a good person
你不需要打起一個耶教徒、佛教徒或穆斯林教徒的牌子，你只需要是一個好人。
How to be a good person? You need a structure to help you to understand, for me the best way is through the Buddhist Dharma
怎樣成為一個好人呢? 你需要一個架構去讓你了解[怎樣成為一個好人]，對我來說，最好的方式就是透過佛法。
In martial arts, I know many people who are very good in martial arts, not one has been my role model for humility - Bruce Lee, not for humility

No martial art people I know say, “I am second to so and so.” They think they are the best, and create a lot of unnecessary conflict
我認識的練武者中沒有一個人會說：「我在誰人之下」。他們覺得自己是最好的，然後造成很多不必要的衝突。
Even they are good at what they do, they create a lot of unnecessary conflict
他們就算在自己的領域很在行，他們也會造成很多不必要的衝突。
My role model is my own Root Guru, Penor Rinpoche, True Compassion
我的模範是我的根本上師，貝瑪諾布仁波切，那是真正的慈悲
We need a good role model, if you hang out with the wrong role models, they will really drag you down in that direction
我們需要一個好的模範，若你跟隨了錯的模範，他會拉你往那個方向沉淪。
The benefit is, having a belief system that can help you improve yourself
有一個信仰的好處是，它能幫助你改善你自己。
A belief system is what? A means to help you understand how things work, so best to find a way that is helpful to you, no one that has disadvantages
什麼是信仰? 它就是一個幫助你明白如何處事，能找到一個對你最有幫助的、沒有壞處的方法。
