To my own opinion, what is a sin in one part of the world is also a sin in the whole world. If wearing of trousers is a sin then no one is saved in the western part of the world. My thought is this if you are going for evangelism, wisdom demands that you know what to put on to avoid unnecessary arguments and distraction. Wisdom is profitable to direct.

For this situation, God will give you grace. I’m saying this from a personal experience. Living within the western world trousers are common especially during winter periods but when you pray and ask God for help, he will come through. The grace will be sufficient enough to overcome. The Bible speaks against indecent dressing and admonishes women to dress modestly. Deut 22: 5 does not refer to trousers, those who use it as a basis of their argument fail to prove what the man's clothing is since trousers is that of the woman and is bad( so they claim).
