I suspect you will get better balance to the side if you don’t have 60% of the voters from the country who is significantly over represented, as you say Phil, relative to the landscape. To answer your question - I would swap out Smith for either Pant or Carey, not fussed on those two but Carey played super critical roles in test victories; I would swap out Atkinson for Cummins (if you are beholden to numbers I suspect Hazlewood would be the choice here but Cummins impacts games more through batting and decision making) and I would also swap out Henry for Rabada.
