Try putting the salt on when the egg is on your plate. If it's still in the pan the heat will take the Sulphur flavor away. I'm grateful the JustEgg is 5.50 at Walmart for me. I mix it in with tofu scramble.
Mung beans are cheaper at the Asian market. My just egg copy cat always comes out mushy. Idk what I’m doing wrong. But I’m NOT paying $8
