I felt frustrated, the rhinestone sticks in the tool and doesn’t go out and then melt
It's possible the tool may be defective. We discontinued carrying this tool, but we recommend contacting the vendor or manufacturer.

Can this be used on synthetic material without burning?
Yes, although you'll want to be cautious not to accidentally touch the heated tip directly to the material without having a crystal in place. That goes for any kind of fabric. The crystals act as an insulator between the metal and the fabric, which keeps the fabric from quickly burning up.
Hi can you use the hotfx application metal pendent
Yes, as long as the pendent surface has a fairly flat spot to apply the crystals the hotfix will stick them nicely to metal.

Hi, I checked with our inventory and unfortunately it looks like this tool may have been discontinued by its manufacturer, we haven't had any in stock in awhile. You might need to go on a bit of a search to find this model.
