I love to recycle and this is a great way to do it, as we can use it for making great additions to our crafting ephemera storage.
I have also used our new addition to our digital collage Backing Papers, which works so well.

You are so right about the need to remember about the basic/accessible craft supplies. I had a huge success with reusable needle tip plastic bottles from amazon. I filled them with cheap black acrylic paint (from the Dollarama, I live in Canada) and outlined pictures in coloring books as well as my own doodles on painted papers. That was awesome! I even tried dots on fabric and, once the acrylic paint, dried decorated those marks further with white gel pen. I had a lot of fun without too much of anything fancy.

Lovely. Gi, you're not the only one to sit on her glasses. I have done it twice!!, I think the Optician wandered what I was doing with them off, on a chair, rather than on my face. The arm of the specs is now not in a strong state so think I'm going to have to get some new ones and don't want to.I have found that I need to have a spare pair anyway.

I didn't have the nerve to laugh at you when you first broke your glasses....... but now that you are finding it funny as well............ hahahahahahaha............ laughed so hard..... It was so much like something I'd do............ Like my earbuds.......... lost one out of one ear when I got up to do something........... found it by stepping on it......... it still works ........... but I have to put it together everytime I use it and I'm afraid it's going to get stuck in my ear........... so turn about is fair play......... you can laugh at me now!!

Thank you Gi, I can always count on you to give me some great ideas. These are perfect little folders/booklets. I'm like you in that I didn't like green was I was growing up. I was born here in Portsmouth, UK in 1960. Throughout the 60's, lots of shops had dark green tiles under the windows, and I hated it!! But now, I can't get enough of green - all shades of it!!! My favourite colour is all shades of blue, but green is not far behind as a contender!! Take care Gi, and I hope our weather bucks up in our countries soon. I keep hearing that the MET are deliberately cloud-seeding to combat Global Warming. But I prefer to have the weather as nature intended. Bbfn Gi xx❤❤❤

Your glasses look pitiful & I’m sorry they broke but oh my, I got tickled all over again!😁 I’m working on an ephemera book with cardboard & rings like you did the other day. You come up with the most clever ideas, I’m just struggling with how I want to put the vellum in & I haven’t decorated the outside either. Great job like always! Be careful & stay safe! Hugs! ❤️

Love this idea. On amazon packing do you iron it to get so e wrinkles out. Mine comes really wrinkled. Love watching and making the things you make.
I just smooth it out with my hands, but you can iron it if it is really wrinkled. Hugs Gi x

That's a "bone folder"
A bone folder is a tool to help you get a good crease/fold in you card or paper. You can use the handle of you scissors to do the same job. hugs Gi x
