I looked over and my ( now) husband was just sitting there with tears rolling down his cheeks. Needless to say we had a winner. We still can’t listen to it without crying. I lost my to cancer a week after we started dating and these words were just so perfect for our journey from rock bottom to the alter. I wish I could let 98 degrees know just how much we cherish this song

I was a teenager when these boy bands were hot. I listen to this now at 34 yrs old and I'm just like, wow! Compared to this generation of music, thankfully in my time, people still had morals, manners, and respect. Today .. I'm lucky if a kid knows how to say excuse me or hold the door open!

Well when girls are having kids as teens and being irresponsible they usually pass that irresponsibility down to their children. Children from single moms or at a much higher risk of being criminals so if they also have no respect I’m not surprised. Most single mom still think they can hold on to their 10 out of 10 standards when it comes to men but that window is getting smaller ladies lol. My advice is find a good man to help you raise your kids so they won’t turn out as fucked up and pussified. Also When moms keep bringing man after man into the home don’t expect respect from your kid cause you’re confusing the hell out of them. When they don’t respect anyone for that matter don’t be surprised.

Heck... Those were the days. 98° is one of OG within the boyband genre. Their harmonies are such on point and they got tons of killer songs. This particular song just hit hard to listen back after so many decades went by. Gosh.... Missing the fantastic era where there are less judgemental, less toxic and no crazy lunatic around which keeps on viraling unnecessary stuff like 'let me talk to your manager'. Since 98 deg. Inception I had been a huge fan. When they came out granted I was 22. I had my close friends question if I was gay because I had a 98deg poster in my room. I was just a fan of great music. I'm straight as they come. This music will stand the test of time. Wait and see there will be a big resurgence of these guys soon because the younger generation will discover them and will love everything about them. Look at what happened to Milli Vanill with the Menendez brothers documentary.
