英国的房价该降了,这10几年涨了一倍左右(2008年左右最低)。而且,越是占地面积大的房子涨的越厉害,因为土地是稀缺资源。给各位对英国房子有兴趣的提个建议:跟香港不一样,英国的单元楼房是最便宜的,在经济危机房价下跌时,单元房下跌的最厉害。不相信的可以看看2008年后伦敦,曼城,伯明翰楼房的成交价(Rightmove上就可以查到)。也因此,买房不要盯着新房子,新房子普遍占地面积小,盖的拥挤。

你要知買樓花嘅asking price 一般唔包入牆衣櫃,無地毯,傢俬就唔洗講啦。廚房櫃同電器都要check清楚係咪一樣,或要價錢upgrade?
有時會包主人房衣櫃esp. Detached house,flooring/upgraded kitchen都有機會included,係好depends ,基本嘅oven/fridge就一定包咁滯,傢俬就一定冇除非買show home
買新樓一定要睇清楚specifications
