i just noticed at 5:00 and 5:02 once the hunter is hit by Gore, he has a purple aura in it. Most likely being frenzy. But the question remains, will the frenzied monsters come back? 10:12 look at the joy in him. I love it!
It'll be just how it was implemented in generations, they might put the frenzy skills and weapons effects, that's it, I don't think they will put the frenzy monsters here.
Frenzied monsters state alone will, and has to affect the setting of the game to revolve around that specific concept way too much. Probably would get the Generations treatment

But considering that one of the main reason frenzied monsters were a thing back in MH4U was because the virus and its source Gore Magala were the main feature of the whole storyline. Considering that MHR: SB's storyline would probably revolve mainly around this series' flagship monster Malzeno, Gore and it's frenzy virus won't have that much impact to the story, thus to the whole game. Even if there are some sort of frenzied variant in the game, they would more likely be adapted and explained as a form that is linked to Malzeno and its bloodblight ability.
I love how you didn't know Espinas while I was watching and screamed like crazy when I saw thorny boy.. I never played Frontier but know the monsters... And I always wanted to fight Espinas. Designwise it could be my all time favourite monster. And they even rearrrange the Frontier Great Forest theme as his own theme in Sunbreak 😍

I wont do the demo or watch videos about the game anymore. I wish to expermiment the full sunbreak experience with malzeno throug the story and so on... I just wanted to Say thank you because you and gaijin never disapoint with spoilers . I love you guys. Good Luck to those who try to not be spoil Wish me Luck and see you at release! looking back at this trailer i gotta say my favourite thing about Espinas is that they made a monster with a Spanish name for a locale with very Spanish-inspired music that spends half its time asleep
other games with $40 DLC: best i can do is this color swapped skin mh $40 DLC: heres another game on top of your game enjoy not having a life for a few more months
I wonder how you still feel about bullet barrage after you have tried it in the demo. You said i dont like it anymore but i think it will be a matter of practice.
I saw the Ryo's run and the other japanese hunter that also mains Gunlance and for what I see they managed to figure out how to use BB when needed or when the opportunity is open. The Japanese guy actually beat Malzeno in his first trying but with faints.
@@ggrimmfield5529 i have tried it multiple times and landed all but one. It's a good skill. I still think that in this expansion there will be two builds. Slap lance with groundsplitter and hailcutter as silbinds, and shell lance with groundsplitter and bullet barrage. The needed skills for each playstyle is so different that specializing will make both better.
@@ggrimmfield5529 To be fair, Ryo is one of the greatest Gunlance user in Rise right now and It looks so easy when he does it. I agree, waiting for openings even in monster face Bullet Barrage is so good. Most fancy skill released in the Expansion for me
true, I may have accidently seen the thumbnail before watching the trailer and thus ruining the reveal of Gore, seeing Espinas nearly made me squeal with excitement! I was eating lunch at work at the time... so I didn't do that but still I was utterly shocked to see Espinas!

Just going around watching MH fans' faces light up the instant *Mah Boi* Gore Magala shows up. Already rocking his layered armor and couldn't be happier.
Im so glad MH is still going strong. I remember seeing the MHW reveal live and it was so hype. I love that they focus on making a great game, instead of nickle and diming you for the content. I have no problem with them selling individual character creation/emotes that they add because the pure game that they release is just so good
