Pokemon X Part 8 - Cyllage City Gym

Hey Guys, back again with me, Just an info : I can't Do the Sun and Moon challenge because everytime I Open the game, it always Froze for what reason. So I am confused once this game is completed.
I wanted to do a Pokemon Chalenge but I can't even enter the game. If you have any suggestions please tell me in the comment section below.
