Wow, I'm so glad I'm watching this today ..I learned more today that I can use to increase my fitness....example: I love running but one knee absolutely gets wrecked if I do to much....however, I can roller skate & my knee isn't negatively impacted...I'm using different muscles...so common sense...THANK YOU😊...I feel so validated that the ways I'm working on myself are ok. My goal is to be able to do pullups...I can hang quite well lol it's the up part that's kicking me 😂
When Peaches said this was gonna come out during the live stream, I didnt realize it was going to be before the ass crack of dawn. You guys need to get him back for a live Q/A.
Amazing info! I would love to see what kind of workouts he recommends to increase joint strength, or maybe point us in the right direction in regards to resources so everyone can execute on this advice

Awesome interview. Great explanation of a different way to think about training. He’s my coach and I can vouch that this stuff works. I’m a better version of myself since I started training with him two years ago. Thank you Starch. Nice interview Ones Ready.
Sage mindset and knowledge base. 💪🏻✈️💪🏻 Listeners need to *listen to*, not just "hear," what Starch says. Certainly it's a very deep dive, an exercise physiology geek-out sesh, but there are plenty of gold nuggets in there for those without the exercise phys knowledge. Listen and hang on to just a few of those nuggets and it'll pay dividends in your training.
I wonder if Taylor is familiar with the RIKR System from Nate Morrison or worked with him because some of what he's talking about sounds similar. Have you guys ever worked with or heard of him before?
@@taylorstarch719i know you avoid talking about things like diet and fat loss but it's a big component in all this. Humbly request you to share what your experience has been like diet wise and body composition wise. Your advice is invaluable
This doesn't have millions of views because it's not easy to hear things that go against the ego. Thanks for having him on your podcast
We love Taylor. Dudes a beast! -A
Thank you O'sR!

Raw meat
Raw milk
Raw eggs
Raw butter
… all conscientiously sourced, of course.
…PS
Don’t even get me started on “high meat”
Awesome interview! Learned so much. It also helps when no ones cutting him off to try and act like a comedian.
He adds a lot of spice though. I'm disappointed when PJ A isn't in a ep
@@inkoftheworld He should wait until the guest is finish talking. Its about timing.
