I don't know if this is mentioned on the stream or not, but A.C.E had to choreograph this song themselves in three days after a miscommunication with the original choreographer. They are all so impressive and talented. I can't wait for them to come back from enlistment :)

They choreographed parts of it themselves (the chorus and a little more, any dancing shown in the MV) in order to film on schedule and then got some input from a different choreographer in order to fill out the rest of the routine.

You did catch on to the sense of "floating" or being in the clouds, and the theme of the song is actually water, so you were on the right track even without the lyrics to help you out. A.C.E's musicality is amazing. When they sing and dance together they act like one organism rather than five individual people and it makes it a delight to watch. They are also a group of fun guys and I'm sure they would appreciate your comments about Power Rangers and the Matrix!
