Was this video filmed before United signed Hojlund or? I don't get how you can think Chelsea can finish above a United team that's strengthened in all the positions needed.
@@Mr.GalaxyYTthat’s really bad logic cause every team has to adapt with their new signings. The main reason chelsea did so poor last season was the fact they had a overload of players and they had many injuries
As an Everton fan I dont think were bad enough to go down this season. We've still got some attacking signings to be finalised and I reckon Dyche will get the team running. I'm not as worried under Dyche as I was under Lampard
Dyches points per games for us last season stretched across the whole season has us around 43 not to mention he had quite a hard run in at the back end. I think we'll finish with around 45ish points this season maybe 13-15th
I don't think Everton is going anywhere. You will be in a relegation scrap but you won't be bottom 3. My bottom 5 are Wolves, Luton (survive on last day), Bournemouth, Forest, Sheffield.
I am a Villa fan and I am excited for next season because under Emery,we were averaging 80 points per season.Villa also have Europa conference League so maybe we could win that like West Ham.
You should be more then excited, Aston Villa have one of the best manager and have bought much better players then Arsenal and I'm tipping them to finish in the top 4, but Villa wont win ECL, playing Thursday night will take a lot out of the players.
As a Wolves fan, I prefer Thogdad's prediction. But I'm worried that Thogden might be right - though if he stays fit, Sasa Kalajdzic could score us some goals, and is essentially a brand new signing having managed a mere 45 competitive minutes for us last season.
Thogden, I can’t wait for the season to start. I don't want to repeat it again, but I hope you use the same scoring system for weekly predictions. ●0 points: outcome predicted incorrectly ●1 point: win/draw/loss predicted correctly (basically outcome predicted correctly regardless of the score) ●2 points: predicting the correct winning team+goal margin ●3 points: perfect scoreline prediction ●4 points: perfect scoreline prediction (required a prediction with 4 goals or more)
As Arsenal of course I want Arsenal to win thr title but City with Pep is different. The only hurdle we have is City I dont think other club can beat us beside Pep masterclass.
This season, its going to be very very interesting, City have lost Gundogan and probably Mahrez also, Arsenal have recruited those they wanted and newly promoted teams can't be taken lightly either, top 3-7 is absolutely unpredictable, any team can beat each other, Newcastle, Brighton, Aston Villa is going yo shake the regular top 6 for sure . Spurs and Chelsea are no doubt have quality squad but with new coaches and relatively inexperienced especially Chelsea's player's.. It will be full of surprises
(Sheffield United fan) saying there is no lack of ambition is false, ndiaye chose to leave, we offered him the biggest contract in our history but he chose to go to his boyhood club instead over money
Marseille is the 2nd biggest club in France & biggest in terms of fan support whereas sheffield United is no way near top clubs. He played only 1 year for Marseille so the boyhood club is not the reason
Exactly I don't think they've done any research at all, saying we haven't brought anyone in when we've brought 3 in and a 4th is all but done. Ndiaye wasn't going to stay once the club he supports came in for him
My top 8 would be: 1. City 2/3. Man United and Arsenal, hard to say who will finish above whome 4. Liverpool - they look strong but also a bit thin in midfield and the defence, since they don‘t play championsleague maybe they can rest some players and don‘t get too many injuries. 5. Aston Villa (my darkhorse) - their squad looks really good and i think they made really good transfers in all areas and they can focus a lot on the league since they play conference league 6. Tottenham - their new manager looks really good and tottenham sorted out their defence with two really good transfers. A bit thin in the midfield but with some good attacking options, specially if kane stays. 7. Chelsea - Pochetino will do great at chelsea and they have a lot of talent now but no experience along the spine aside from Thiago Silva. No midfielder is older than 23 and they will need time. 8. Newcastle - They have some good individual players like Tonali, Bruno, Isaak and so on but i think they don‘t have a deep enough squad to cope with the championsleague and the premiere league and that they will drop off some points from last year. Howe is a good manager though.
@@prinvedogra9108 such a stupid take. he has never been injured more than a week all his life apart from maybe once. he also never tires in games despite playing all the time.at worst he may get rested slightly more becaz of UCl
@@aryanbakshi5806 stfu. Am the biggest fan of him that's why am worried for him. Also being the united captain isn't a easy job. Plastic likes u Will never understand this thing
As a Sheffield united fan we are definitely finishing bottom and we have done awful business because we have done no business however Ndiaye was sold for 20 million and then some ads on can be met on top of that as well with a 20% sell on clause. He is worth way more than that but he had 12 months left on his deal and he wanted to move to the club he supports so we had no choice.
@@bxtnr._9518 we have currently only signed 3 players and the first game of the season starts in 10 days. So we might have Trusty signed by the first game with a much much weaker squad than we went up with. We lost around 8 players in the summer including Ndiaye. And that squad wasn’t good enough so we needed 9/10 players to have any chance with Ndiaye. Also you know how much we have spent right 😂😂😂one loan on a LWB who isn’t good enough currently, Slimane cost 2 million and Traore around 5 million. All gamble signings and 7 million tops spent so far😂 You are the only Sheffield United fan who thinks this has been a good summer and the business done has been acceptable for a prem team
@@dariocarlington2338 I thought that before the window but our squad we went up with was better and that team wasn’t good enough to stay up. We need a lot of impressive signings to stay up

Thogdens takes on Cunha are horrible… as a Wolves fan he’s one of our 3 best players, the way he carries the ball is amazing. Can see him being amazing this season playing off a true 9 in Fabio Silva
1. man city 2. liverpool 3. arsenal 4. newcastle 5. man utd 6. aston villa 7. chelsea 8. brighton 9. tottenham 10. brentford 11. crystal palace 12. west ham 13. burnley 14. fulham 15. bournemouth 16. everton 17. nottingham forest 18. wolves 19. sheffield utd 20. luton town
Why you choose Arsenal 4th I think you are not right we are best transfer window in summer you can change it from your mind this is a party for them is 2003/04 and 2023/24 🎉
Sensible predictions, I’m glad to see both picking City and not just one choosing Arsenal for debates sake. I personally think we’ll finish 3rd this season with CL affecting us and needing some initial time for our players to gel. I think we will have some growing pains from Xhaka moving on. But hey hope all of us are wrong and we win the whole thing.
From my son. However I think Liverpool will be champions of Premier League because Manchester city has sold Gundogan as well as Liverpool has got a phenomenal player Salah. Then I think Man city 2nd because they got lucky last year because Arsenal should've won the table and that is the lowest Man city can come. Now, I think Newcastle United will be third because I think Wilson is absolutely extraordinary and I think Pope is just a spectacular Keeper maybe better than Pickford! Now I think Arsenal will be fourth because they have got Jesus who is very good at striking. Now, I think Chelsea will be 5th because there an interesting team. Who I think will be 6th will be Aston villa because I thought there striker Ollie was real decent. Now, I think Fulham will be 7th because they have signed Jimenez. Now, I think Manchester united will be 8th because they've sold Fred. Now I think Brentford will be 9th because they are a good team. Now, I think Brighton will be 10th because there also a good team and the reason why I put them lower is because they sold MC Alister. Now, however I think Nottingham Forest will be 11th because the players has now seem to know each other. And I THINK SPURS will be 12th then Wolverhampton will be 13t because they have got a good manager then BURNLEY 14TH BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALO GOT A GOOD manager then Bournemouth 15th then Crystal palace 16th because Hodgson was also good. Then west ham 17th because they sold Rice. And who I think will be in bottom three will sadly be Sheffield United. And shockingly, I think EVERTON WILL BE 19TH THEN GET RELIGATED. And I THINK Luton. will be bottom and get relegated.
As a liverpool fan i was hoping for more signings but for what its worth, we kind of bettered the mid field, hope we manage our defence as well, hopefully not too many injuries this season.
we need atleast 3 more signings bro. we cant rely on 19 yo(lavia if we sign him) to play 38 matches or more.we need 2 cdms and atleast 1 cb. if vvd or konate get injured we are cooked.matip is just not in his prime anymore and gomez ios better on RB
@@dovecar6605 yea yea exactlyy wht i meant, we need to manage our defence, evidently too many injuries will push our team down but that tends to be nearly impossible coz we have europa league this season nd europa league has a lot more matches.
United finished third last season with paper thing squad depth and no striker. They’ve made the right signings and will only get better. They’ll challenge for the title.
From my son. You don't know that it's mystery until you find out because Chelsea right they've signed to many players but I think they might be able to know each other and with that they could win the Premier league!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I think they won't become 1st I think they will be 5th and Red devils 8th all because Manchester United sold Fred so I am also a person who thinks Chelsea will become higher than Manchester United because Chelsea is Chelsea. However I don't think though Chelsea will become higher than Newcastle United.

Gonna try to write reasoning for all the teams: 20th: Sheffield United. For me, they became lifter team over last 5 years. They have couple of players for good teams, like their CDM Berge, but their attack doesn't seen that strong to me to score 50+ goals overall, which almost always leads to team relegation. 19th: Luton town. Honestly, they have weekest team in EPL in last 10 years at least. But, I feel like emotionally they're in top 4, with how fast Luton came from 5th division to EPL. And cause of this, I feel like they can overperform and not finish dead last 18th: Forest. Remember how last season they bought almost new team, and then barely saved at the very end thanks to only good transfers of season Keylor Navas and Dean Henderson. Now, both good Goalkeepers left the club after loans. And I don't think anyone can same Nottingem. 17th: Wolverhampton. Last season, they sucked. Really. Portugese project was going down. Now, their only good player at all (Neves) left them for Saudis. If attackers gonna have same realisation problems, they gonna get out. BUT, I do think some of them gonna score more, which can save Wolves. But just save. 16th: Bournemouth. NGL, people are understimating them. After last season, they bought 3 good youngsters (Kerkez, Kluivert and Traore), and not seen not weaker, then last season. So, I think they can stay at this position. 15th: Burnley. Those guys have biggest chance to repeat Fulham's last season result. THey have good ssquad of young players, and Company makes such a good coach work, that I think they can became mid-table team in next few years. 14) Everton. They have good squad. Pickford, Dadjuma, Iwobi and others can show class. Last season was disaster, but they lost way to many games they shouldn't. So now, Everton gonna be higher. 13) Crystal Palace. They lost Zaha, main man of the team. They still have pretty same team, like last season, but I think without Zaha, they gonna do slightly worse 12) Brendford. No Toney, No party. Without him, they gonna have less impressive season, and he's coming back only at February. 11) Fulham. Just like CP and Brendford, they about to lose main man Mitrovic. And just like them, they gonna do slightly worse this season, then last one. 10) West ham. Last few years Hammers were approaching top 6, trying to be 7th England grand. But once they get into Euro-Cup (Conference League), they lost spot of Pre-top club in England. Now, they have even bigger competition in Europe League. So, I think they gonna stay in mid table. And final 9 teams gonna discuss in the comment below
9th: Brighton. I think they might repeat Hammers last season fate, with not being able to compete on several fronts. They still got very young and talented team, so they gonna be pretty high. And trust me, in 10 years, Brighton can win Premier league, with progresses they make. They always find a cheap replacement to leaving leaders. 8th: Spurs. We need to admit, that Big 6 slowly transforms into big 8, or maybe 9, if Brighton will keep current progress. And from Current Big 6 members, Spurs have most strange project for me. It feels like they wanna do Pochettino move again, and let perspective coach lead the team. But with possible leaving of Kane, and questionable form of Son and Risharlison, they can't really compete for higher places. 7th: Newcastle. I love current Crows project. They have more money, then all 19 EPL teams combined, but they're not using them that much. Now, they bought Tonali for 70 mil, last year they did same with Isak, there's rumors about Kvaradona joining Newcastle for 85 mil. It's not super-stars you expect such a rich club to buy. But I think they might have same problem, as Brighton - way too many games to play. 6th: Chelsea. I don't believe in current project. We know, that likes of Mudrik, Fofana, Jackson and others have potential to became stars, but there's to many great players in future, not now. From current squad, only Thiago Silva, and maybe Nkunku and Sterling can be stable players for team. So I expect better season, the last one, but not as good as seasons when Abramovich was owner. 5th: Aston Villa. How are they doing this? They got Sevilla's sports director (Monchi) + 3 players, that can be useful for BIG teams like Real, PSG or Man City, ak Diaby (From Bayer). Tielemans (From Lester) and Pau Torres (From Villarreal). + they have WC hero Emiliano Martines, last season leader Ollie Watkins and even Coutinho. So, I think Aston Villa is one of the most interesting teams in this season 4th: Liverpool. They're making full midfield change - just year ago there where Thiago, Fabinho and Henderson, and now it's most likely gonna be Soboslai, MacAllister and Lavia + Trent. I feel like with this squad can play many games together, which wan't the case of midfield in last season, and it would help to win any other league, but in EPL, it's just for 4th place. 3rd: Manchester City. It's controversial time. I think City just showed their maximum. After last season, They had to to play every game on maximux after WC to catch up Arsenal, as well as playing Bayern and Real in UCL and ManUnited and Arsenal at league cup. They should be tired after all of this. Kovatic isn't full replacement of Gundogan, and there's still no replacement for Mahrez, and Gvardiol still not in City. It's hard to complain, that City has strongest team in the world right now, but I think this season, they can have problems. 2nd: Manchester United. And talking about problems in Manchester, United actually have one of the most interesting changes in this summer. Erik Ten Hag gets everyone he was needed - Onana, Hojlund and Mount + rumors for Frimbong (Bayer) and Amrabat (Fiorentina). Devils still have some problems - mainly back line, where only Martines and Varane can be trustworthy. But with MU slowly becoming Ajax be like, I think this should be fine. So yeah, I think MU might have bright future. 1st: Arsenal. LEt's be real, no one expected Arsenal to do such a great job last season. And after such a good season, they became even stronger. Rice, Timber and Havertz - all of them are useful for rotation, and tactic changes. Aarsenal is even stronger, and ow with back-up options everywhere, they can fight for 1st place
As someone who is a Luton fan I think Luton will show their potential this season and I don’t think Luton will get pumped at 19th. Every single season Luton improve on every game and now we arrive in the premier league with togetherness not financial in players

Aston Villa will win the Premier League and shock the world! I love the way everyone talks us down and says we will be finishing 7th - 8th! Lol! People just can't get over the fact that just because your in the so called (BIG 6) you must have a better team squad and manager than Aston Villa! We have an incredible defence. Incredible midfield and incredible forward line! Aston Villa have brought in 3 top quality signings in so far this window with at least 3 more top quality signings to come in before the end of the transfer window IMO. We have some super ⭐ young youth players that will also come into the first team squad and perform for us. All this BS talk about VIlla are in the Conference League so we will struggle with the Premier League! WTF! We have a big enough and good squad now and the strength in depth to win the Premier League and the conference league this season and do well in the other 2 domestic cups. We have a world class manager. World class recruitment team and World class owners now. Let me put an important thing before my turn: This season is going to be one of the best Premier League campaign of all time. Every Big Six teams, except Tottenham Hotspurs, are having deadliest squads on this summer transfer window. I believe every English clubs for the European club competitions this season will go far up to at least semifinal. The 2007/08 season was the best results for Premier League in Champions League, as 3 English sides went all the way to the semifinal, with Manchester United and Chelsea were disputing an all-English finals at Moscow. With London hosting the upcoming Champions League Final at Wembley, there is a big chances Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City, or even Newcastle United will go far beyond the group stages, despite the absences of Liverpool and Chelsea, who possessed a strong squad. I'm not really excited to see Tottenham Hotspurs with the new manager, especially after Harry Kane's departure to Bayern Munich is nearly happening. They will fight for relegation instead. Also, UEFA will use the new format of Champions League starting from 24/25 season, with England being likely send 5 teams based on the rankings. Yes, there is a fifth team, but it's based on a higher coefficients from the last year. There is a rumor that FA Cup winner will also qualify for the Champions League, but I think it's not true. Below here are my predictions for the 23/24 season: Winners: Manchester City (As usual. They still have Haaland, De Bruyne, plus 2 new Croats in form of Kovacic and Gvardiol). Champions League: Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal. Champions League Extra Spot: Chelsea. Europa League: Newcastle United, Aston Villa. Conference League: Brighton & Hove Albion. Relegation: Luton Town, Sheffield United, Everton (West Ham United and Wolves could be a serious candidates. They didn't had a signings this summer). Champions League: 4 English clubs will play in QF, with 3 English ties like the 2007/08 and 2008/09. My prediction is to make sure Manchester United go past the group stage: 1.Newcastle United lost to Arsenal in QF. 2.Arsenal lost to Manchester United in SF. 3.4th European Cup for Manchester United. They won against Manchester City on pens at Wembley, repeating the 1968 victory against Benfica and avenging the 2011 defeat against Pep Guardiola's former club, Barcelona, both also at Wembley. However, United's fate depends on how they got Amrabat immediately after Mount and Hojlund before this summer window ended. If not, then the final will be Manchester City vs Arsenal or even Manchester City vs Bayern Munich, with Manchester City claiming 2nd title and became the 2nd team after Real Madrid on Champions League era to successfully protected the crown. Europa League: Liverpool will have enormous chance to win 4th Europa League crown at Dublin. Roma is the only sole contenders, considering they were so close to win this one after the night at Budapest. West Ham and Brighton, no chances. It might be exciting to see Jurgen Klopp vs Jose Mourinho big battle at Aviva Stadium. Conference League: Aston Villa had a dangeorus squad and also Unai Emery. Emery had always won with a team that managed like Sevilla and Villarreal. It might be an easier way to win this title, considering Athletic Club for Spain and Fiorentina for Italy were in doubt.
This season is gonna be a roller coaster and a lot of fans are set to be disappointed... 1: Liverpool + UEL + FA Cup + Carabao Cup 2: Manchester City + UCL 3: Chelsea 4: Aston Villa 5: Arsenal 6: Manchester United 7: Newcastle United 8: Spurs 9: Brighton 10: Burnley 11: Wolves 12: Brentford 13: Everton 14: Fulham 15: West Ham United 16: Crystal Palace 17: Nottingham Forest 18: Bournemouth 19: Sheffield United 20: Luton Town Man United will finish outside the top 4. Arsenal are overrated. Luton stand no chance whatsoever. Everton are turning a corner. Crystal Palace are finishing with less than 40 points for the first time in ages. City are going through a championship hangover but will win UCL again. Liverpool will win everything else.

Was this video filmed before United signed Hojlund or? I don't get how you can think Chelsea can finish above a United team that's strengthened in all the positions needed.
agreed
Chelsea will still be adapting to their signings so I doubt they would be that much great than last season .
@@Mr.GalaxyYTthat’s really bad logic cause every team has to adapt with their new signings. The main reason chelsea did so poor last season was the fact they had a overload of players and they had many injuries
You could easily say the same for chelsea 😂😂
cause united sucks prob
By all metrics you should’ve been relegated last season tbh

I am a Villa fan and I am excited for next season because under Emery,we were averaging 80 points per season.Villa also have Europa conference League so maybe we could win that like West Ham.
You should be more then excited, Aston Villa have one of the best manager and have bought much better players then Arsenal and I'm tipping them to finish in the top 4, but Villa wont win ECL, playing Thursday night will take a lot out of the players.
I personally think like West Ham, you will fall a bit this season, finishing 9th, but you are winning the Conference League
Then adding players like tielemans and diaby
Emery is a cup manager. Focuses on one thing more than the other. You’ll probably win the ECL but finish 9th.
@@Salooi I hope you're feeling like a LEMON, you did say Emery is only a cup manager.
Because of the new UCL format, 5 teams are going to qualify for the CL from the PL from this season onwards, something you should make note of!

4. Liverpool - they look strong but also a bit thin in midfield and the defence, since they don‘t play championsleague maybe they can rest some players and don‘t get too many injuries.
5. Aston Villa (my darkhorse) - their squad looks really good and i think they made really good transfers in all areas and they can focus a lot on the league since they play conference league

You know the premier league is back soon when you see the league prediction videos! Cant wait!!!

Gonna try to write reasoning for all the teams:
20th: Sheffield United.
And cause of this, I feel like they can overperform and not finish dead last
18th: Forest.
They still have pretty same team, like last season, but I think without Zaha, they gonna do slightly worse
12) Brendford.
So, I think Aston Villa is one of the most interesting teams in this season
4th: Liverpool.
Thogdad talking about Glazers shows how much his football knowledge truly is. Heads up!!
I agree with most of this. Only thing I really disagree with is Burnley, no way they’ll finish just 17th. They’ll be 11th to 15th
As someone who is a Luton fan I think Luton will show their potential this season and I don’t think Luton will get pumped at 19th. Every single season Luton improve on every game and now we arrive in the premier league with togetherness not financial in players

8th is a very reasonable finish. All the big 6 with the exclusion of spurs will finish above you. Newcastle and Brighton will likely finish above as well.
@@niteshmk1786Villa have a better squad than Newcastle
@@niteshmk1786 nope, while chelsea has an advantage due to no european football, this aston villa squad is just better, especially under unai emory. Further, Kepa as chelsea's goalie is just not good enough. Aston Villa will do better then chelsea.
Always bottle it against the wolves tho
Cant see you finishing in top 6, all of them seem to have made improvements. As a Newcastle fan i think we will finish above you, but based on our squads it should be close

I will love it so much when come Christmas and Villa are top of the league looking down on the so called BIG teams! All the pundits who are currently saying all this BS about Villa finishing top 7 - 8 now will all wake up and realise just how good Aston Villa now are! I know people don't believe me and think I am crazy Lol! That is Ok and Ok and fine with me as you always get everyone talking down Villa and underestimating Aston Villa! This season Aston Villa will Win the Premier League and shock the world! And you know what you will remember that you heard it here and read it first today in this comment! UTV! PREMIER LEAGUE CHAMPIONS 23-34 ASTON VILL! UTV!

These are the kind of replies that I love... I am sure you are a football fan that just can't see beyond the so called BIG 6 Teams for premier league and champions league. The reality is that come the end of this transfer window Aston Villa will have one of the best squads in the premier league. Everyone will always underestimate Aston Villa just like all the pundits. That is also Ok. My opinion is that we will win the Premier League. That is also Ok. The fun of football is we all have are own opinion.... Time will tell and I can't wait to see what happens... UTV!
How can you say that United don’t have the squad to get Top 4 but Chelsea do 😂😂 they literally have Two decent midfielders of Gallagher and Enzo and then a load of youngsters
If we get Caicedo there’s a convo to be had… also those youngsters have impressed the most in pre season and will only improve with game time
Oh yeah except burno and casemiro you guys don't have any good midfielders
I can tell you Chelsea will finish above united
Just one bad season and you forget who Chelsea is

Putting Man United at forth is wrong since we have upgraded and now have a striker that is capable of staying fit. I think 2nd 3rd or even 1st.
From my son. No they aren't going to be 1st honestly.
Below here are my predictions for the 23/24 season:
Winners: Manchester City (As usual.
My prediction is to make sure Manchester United go past the group stage:
1.Newcastle United lost to Arsenal in QF.
Spurs gonna cook
@@grahamharris9008 Probably will, if Kane's Bayern Munich transfer got cancelled.
This season is gonna be a roller coaster and a lot of fans are set to be disappointed...
1: Liverpool + UEL + FA Cup + Carabao Cup
2: Manchester City + UCL
3: Chelsea
4: Aston Villa
5: Arsenal
6: Manchester United
7: Newcastle United

9: Brighton
10: Burnley
11: Wolves

13: Everton
14: Fulham
15: West Ham United
16: Crystal Palace
17: Nottingham Forest
18: Bournemouth
19: Sheffield United
20: Luton Town
Man United will finish outside the top 4. Arsenal are overrated. Luton stand no chance whatsoever. Everton are turning a corner. Crystal Palace are finishing with less than 40 points for the first time in ages. City are going through a championship hangover but will win UCL again. Liverpool will win everything else.
