Mali yung sinasabi yang spokesperson(Marissa Mappalo) ng SSS. Nasa abroad ako, nag email ako nong October 9, 2021 at hanggang ngayon di pa nila sinsagot yung inquiry ko. She is talking nonsense, referring to my experience. I hope somebody come out there with the same experience.

Sana po ma address tong question ko sa SSS head officer.
Ang question ko, isa po ako sa Survivor pensioner, bakit hindi ako naka kuha ng SSS pension ito pong month ng October. Hindi ko po ma gets yung sabi ng SSS Bacoor branch na advance nila bini bigay sa banko ang pension. Pero sabi naman ng banko BPI Zapote branch na Yung Sept. 28 na credit daw yun para sa Nov. Kasi nag bago daw ng system ang SSS. Tumatanggap ako dati tuwing end of the month. Ngayon na binago nga ang system naging every 16th of the month na daw ang claim ko sa banko. So ang tanong ko asan ang para sa October na pension. Naguguluhan ako. Sana po maka rating sa SSS head office ang concern ko. Thank you po.

I hope SSS can confirm if the retiree pensioners living in the Philippines need to comply with ACOP. This is not clear to us, my understanding is that, we are not obligated to comply with ACOP.

It is mentioned that pensioners living in the phillipines need not to comply with ACOP, however you are saying loud and clear that they are required to submit ACOP forms. Again you are upgraded in your operation using online system, how long will it take SSS to reply. Hopefully that SSS will reply before the member claimants says goodbye earth.

@@rodalyn1014 may problem kaya na suspende ang tanggap ng pension. Better coordinate with SSS. Pero kung natigil at normal naman previously ang pagtanggap ng pension hindi iyon tungkol sa a cop, i think other problem arose on it.

How about those who are bedridden, PWDs, above 80 years old? Are there any alternative way to show proof that they are still alive but are experiencing physical constraints?
If they are retiree pensioners no need to submit acop. If survivor yes, proof needed is a picture holding the latest newspaper.

My 93-year old mother is an SSS PENSIONER and you said only Survivor Pensioners and Total Disability pensioners are the ones who should comply with ACOP. She used to have home visitations by SSS representative before the pandemic since I remember that 80+year-old members need also to comply with ACOP. Brought my mother to sss in Vancouver and they are now telling us to come back in September. Its ridiculous during this pandemic I can't believe how unfriendly they were to us. My mother is 95 years old and it used to be we were able to have her verified via Skype but they made it so difficult to have her confirm.

Seemingly, there is ambiguous policy by SSS to delay paying monthly pension from first week of the month to last working day of the month. The status quo was established for more than a year since last time I remember, the change took effect. The effect of this status quo is to condition the mind especially during year end. The Christmas bonus is now given on the last working day of November, but the December pension is no longer included...Is there any misconception or simply unknown program ...otherwise one month pension pay is gone, if this observation is not cleared from the management of the SSS. But how much is the gross monthly pension of the SSS pensioners..? Hopefully, this scheme is not properly disseminated or wrongly interpreted...
