Beautifully done a lot of space used nicely. The bedrooms had good storage. The kitchen was nice. Table and snack bar a plus. Looked like more space inside. Thank you for sharing with us.

I would add about 1 meter to make the T&B just a bit wider and put a little separation between living room and breakfast bar. Also not locating the aircon unit at the front door. Last all of the windows change to XOX configuration with equal lites. It will make the windows seem less like prison bars

Nice one love it same ground floor layout but got 2nd floor with 4 childrens ( 2 rooms rigth side 2 rooms left sides with common toilet and front balcony can be accessible by all rooms in the 2nd floor.
